Are the prices net or gross?
All prices are net, plus German VAT of 19 %.
What does “from” mean?
The starting price covers the smallest sensible scope of a package, for example 1–3 pages for the starter website. More pages, features or integrations raise the price. We give you the exact amount as a fixed price before the project starts.
How is the fixed price set?
After a free first consultation by email or video call you receive a written quote with fixed price, scope and date within 48 hours. You decide in your own time.
What running costs come after launch?
For a website you buy, you pay for hosting and, if you like, maintenance from €29 net per month (updates, backups, small changes). The website subscription includes hosting, domain and care for €59 net per month. AI solutions add operations from €99 net per month; the AI model usage is billed separately.
Can I pay monthly instead of up front?
Yes, with the website subscription: €59 net per month with no setup fee, a 12-month minimum term, then cancellable monthly with one month's notice. After 24 months the website and domain belong to you.
When is payment due?
Invoices are due within 14 days without deduction unless agreed otherwise. For projects above €5,000 net we may ask for instalments by project progress (terms of business § 5).
What do changes after launch cost?
Larger changes such as new pages or features are billed by effort at €79 net per hour. We tell you the price beforehand.
Who owns the website and the code?
You do. Domain, hosting and code are in your name, and you can switch at any time. With the website subscription the rights pass to you after 24 months.
